Handpans and accessories categorized as ‘Available Now’ will be shipped within 3-5 business days of confirming the order. Pre-Order instruments may take 1-3 months depending on the scale and number of notes.

Every CHIRP Handpan is an indigenous handmade musical instrument in India. Therefore, it attracts nil Goods and Services Tax. Handpan accessories are subject to an 18% taxation. For information on Custom Duties on the instrument, please call us.
We ship via India Post to all countries across the world. If you prefer your instrument to be shipped via DHL or other carriers, please reach out to us.
Hardcase if purchased with handpan and floor mount/ wall mount come in one package. Height adjustable stand is a separate package.

Your handpan is crafted with the utmost care and love. In case you do not connect with the sound model after receiving it, we offer a 30 day exchange policy for any alternate scale of your choice with the same/ higher number of notes.
