  My experience was really good. Chirag was always very … More responsive, before (when I was trying to choose which scale to choose) during the handcrafting (sending me pictures and updates) and after the delivery (answering questions regarding the care for the instrument).
  I particularly enjoyed the simulator on the website which helped me hear the individual notes and choose the scale.
  The delivery time for me was longer than expected, probably due to issues related to the pandemic restrictions, it took about five months. I believe that in “normal” conditions it would be faster.
  The moment I touched my handpan I fell in love with it, and I enjoy playing it more and more every day. It is a truly special and unique instrument!
  To be fair, I would also mention that the finishing is not perfect. The color does not look completely uniform (especially at the bottom) and the glue holding the top and bottom part together is somehow visible being white on black. These are just minor details and show that this is a handmade instrument, a rarity nowadays, which ultimately makes it a plus.
  Finally, the costs are reasonable in comparison to those “perfect looking” instruments crafted by larger makers. For a beginner like me, Chirag’s handpan is absolutely perfect.
  I am already thinking about getting a second one with more notes and a different scale, and I will most likely get it again from Chirag.
