- To order your customized handpan, please pay a 20% advance towards the price of the instrument. Once your instrument is ready, you need to pay the remainder amount
- Price includes free instrument bag and worldwide shipping
- You will need to bear any customs charges/duty separately
- We will ship the handpan to you via EMS/Speed Post. If EMS is not available to your country, extra shipping fees will apply.
- Irrespective of shipping mode used, if shipping charges are greater than 10000 INR, the difference cost will have to be borne by the buyer
- Depending on the chosen method of payment, customer will have to bear the extra handling fees that apply
- In case that you wish to cancel your pre-order we will refund you the deposit minus 10000 INR
- Certain scales might involve more R&D than scales already crafted, and would involve extra charges.
- Bb4 cannot be crafted on 55omm shells. Lowest Note is B2 and highest note possible is E5
- Delivery time estimate is approximate, and it is possible it might take longer to deliver your handpan to you.
- If for some reason beyond our control, delivery takes longer than 6 months, you are eligible for a full refund of your advance amount
